Video problem, is it the Computer or Internet?

I have a 2007 laptop computer with windows vista, and Mediacom Hi-Speed internet. When I am on youtube, sometimes the video will stop, and the music/sound will continue, or it wont do anything. Is it my computer’s fault or internet?

    That sounds like your internet speed is just quite fast enough. The audio is streaming ok, but the video is buffering a bit.
