Question regarding new feature in Norton Internet Security 2009. How exactly does the Norton Insight work?

I’ve done numerous insight scans with different numbers each time. Some of the files that are not trusted have a verified digital signature. Any insight (no pun intended) as to how to fully utilize this new feature would be appreciated.
Already used the help section which sometimes falls under the category of vague. What I meant to ask and failed to do so was how to get certain programs to become trusted or a way to ignore them all together?

    click on your norton icon and go to the help section.Thats what i do.
