from Monmouth County, NJ – my personal experience with Optimum internet has been positive. The set up was easy and the connections to the internet are quick to download and upload. It is also good for playing games online, downloading songs, videos, etc, it does the job very well.
WARNING: Watch out for the “Triple Play” discounts. Read the fine print and ask how long the pricing is for. Sometimes they give you the discounted monthly pricing for only a year or 6 months and then it doubles or triples after that. A true Triple Play for them, not you.
