Is it a cordless phone?
If it is a 2.4GHz cordless phone, then it shares the same wireless space as your wireless internet.
The only solution is to get a 900MHz or 5GHz phone, or a 5GHz wireless router.
The phone is a spectrum hopping device, so it doesn’t matter what channel your wireless is on, it will jump in and out of that channel.
Do you have a cordless phone Maby the ring single is causing problems maby its base unit is too close to the router (just a thought)
