how to know that my BSNL broadband plan has been changed?

I have applied a application in bsnl office of Pali,Rajasthan on 29/09/2008 to change my Broadband Plan from Home 250 to home unlimited 750 plan but still i cannot download any of my favorite soft wares because i am confused that my Plan has been changed or not. Please help me to know in which plan i am using the internet.

    u better check it at dataone.in sign in with username & pass.
    m not using BSNL so i dont know exactly, u can check it at customer care
