How to disable my Verizon Internet USB from other Computers in my house?

I have a verizon internet usb and I have other laptops in my house and I want the usb to only work for my sisters and my laptops..but my brother keeps taking it and using the internet….is there any way I can disable his laptop from using my internet?

    Just kidding, in the setup put a password in there. Give it to the computers you want to connect but not your brother.
