How much is a Verizon internet card?

I have a Gateway laptop and I just cancelled my internet service because I am taking the laptop to school, etc. How much is an “anywhere” wireless internet card? Are there monthly service payments? How does it work? I looked at the Verizon website, but they don’t offer them for Gateway notebooks.

    about 60 dollars and varies on different monthly plans.
