How do i set up yahoo for vidiocam chat with others in yahoo messenger?

cam works both ways when useing MSN messenger. cam does not work useing camfrog.
Any suggestions how to get cam to work. Messages received whe trying to connect to another cam in yahoo are, server is busy, cam not found. It appears the link between servers cannot be established. i.e uk and germany while using yahoo.

    That error usually just means Yahoo’s servers are busy.. try again a bit later (there are peak times of the day/night)
