    it doesn’t matter if it is T1 or T3. i am not sure what i have but i download both all the time.

    you can download any of them on the side, it just depends on the speed of ur computer. since u have a t3 you download anythin under that in a quick time.

    I believe that these are speeds. You can download any file and it will come to you depending on your computers speed. The higher the speed attached to the file only tells you that you should be able to download it faster with a higher speed rating. The file holder could still have a tight limit on their upload speed making this designation meaningless. Basically, you can download either.
