    cable vs dsl

goto whirlpool.net.au and check who is available….lots are available everywhere. I go through exetel.com.au because they are twice as fast as telstra for basically the same price…with lots more downloads. Most smaller companies use telstra lines and charge you less because they get cheaper prices than we do…even cheaper than what telstra can charge..thank you corporate regulation

    high speed internet company

Since you didn’t say what state or city, if in the US, try. You can search on zipcode to find providers.

    broadband voip

It would help a lot if you told us where you live. We cannot guess this one accurately.

    Here is a suggestion:

DSL is provided by the telephone company. If you are close enough to the DSLAM (DSL Access Module) the telephone company will provide DSL. Contact the phone company.

Cable TV (CATV) providers also provide broadband. Many small towns have a CATV provider. Check with them.

Surprisingly, many small town independant telephone companies have or currently are replacing their aged, obsolete copper infrastructure with fiber. In this case the telephone company is a direct competitor to CATV – and often at very attractive prices. Check this out as well.

You need to do your homework on this; we really cannot do it for you.
