Can’t find my Cox Communication High Speed Internet installation cd?

I just backed up my computer and I was looking for my Cox Communications High Speed Internet installation cd so that I could install it again but I can’t seem to find it?

Does anyone know if I can request another one from Cox or how I can get another one?
The internet that comes installed on the computer is VERY slow!

Please HELP!!!!!

    I have Cox and the CD is not required.
