well you can try plugging it in and trying again other wise i don’t know???
it should work. make sure u plug in the inthenet cord into your internet modem
1. Look at the back of you’re router (internet box). Does it have an ‘ethernet’ port? If it does, proceed to step 3. If not carry on reading.
2. Ok, so you’re router doesn’t have an ethernet port. In this case you should go into any computer store and buy a router that has one. Don’t worry these routers aren’t expensive (£40) and could speed up your internet. Make sure it has got an ethernet port.
3. Now need an ethernet cable. If you’ve got a Premium Xbox 360 or the Elite Xbox 360, it should have come with it. If you haven’t got one, go into your local ‘games’ shop and buy one. You can get really long ethernet cables so you should have no trouble moving it up the stairs. One of my friend drilled a hole through his wall to wire his up! Now plug this into the back of the router and you’re done! Now you’re ready to go on xbox live. Just turn on your xbox, click join xbox live, and away you go!
