Highspeed and broadband are marketing terms, not scientific ones.  &quot;Broadband&quot; usually refers to any Internet connection that is equal to or greater than 256Kb/sec.  (This is 5X a dial-up modem.)

Unless you go with a Comcast dial-up plan, which I don&#039;t know if they even offer anymore, all their plans will be equal to or greater than 256K, and can run up to more than 12Mb/sec.

Short answer, yes, all Comcast Internet plans are highspeed/broadband.</description>
